Dupla Hobby Terrano Koko Chips

Dupla Hobby Reptile Koko Chips – Natural Coconut Husk Substrate for Humid Terrariums

Dupla Hobby Reptile Koko Chips are a 100% natural substrate made from chopped and pressed coconut husk, ideal for creating a moisture-rich environment in humid and rainforest-style terrariums. Lightweight and highly absorbent, the chips help maintain stable humidity levels while preventing puddles and water buildup—making them especially well-suited for amphibians, reptiles, and tropical plants.

Supplied in a compact, pressed block, Koko Chips expand into a loose, ready-to-use substrate when soaked in warm water for approximately 30 minutes. The coarse texture also aids with odour control, aeration, and natural burrowing behaviour.

Key Benefits:

• 100% natural coconut husk – sustainable and eco-friendly
• Expands quickly into a soft, moisture-retentive substrate
• Excellent water absorption without waterlogging
• Helps regulate humidity in tropical and rainforest setups
• Ideal for amphibians, reptiles, and plant-based terrariums
• Easy to prepare and use

A reliable and natural choice for creating a healthy, humidity-stable habitat.
